The breakfast arrived late, staff was miserable, cappuccinos took a while, and it ruined our anniversary celebration. Great breakfast, friendly and professional staff. Missing cereal options. Beautiful hotel. Splendid apartment, abundant amenities, excellent housekeeping. Clean pool and gym. Expensive but worth it. Phenomenal service, clean room with beautiful finishes. The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and had great extras. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, it was near Sandton City for shopping. I enjoyed coffee at Knead Bakery Sandton, which was only a 5 minutes walk away.

Excellent staff, spotless hotel, clean room. Extremely clean building and rooms for extras. Bonus point for a seating area, a writing desk, and ironing facilities. Honestly no complains at all...

The overall service was mind-blowing, with a spacious and beautifully presented room that was kept clean. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff, especially Lerato. The views were jaw-dropping and the hotel was peaceful, making it a luxurious stay. The facilities, including the pool and gym area, were spectacular. The hotel offered great value for money, providing everything from kitchen appliances to towels and toiletries in excess. The location was excellent, close to top attractions and in a secure area. Muslim travelers will appreciate the equipped washrooms. I can't wait to come back!

The view from our room was incredible and definitely the best aspect of our weekend stay. We were able to see the city skyline and it was truly breathtaking. The staff were also very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was great too, as we were able to easily access all the top attractions in the city.

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient for shopping and exploring. Secondly, the service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcome drink and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure I had everything I needed and even organized tours and tickets for me. Lastly, the amenities were top-notch. The spa and wellness center was a haven of relaxation and the swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. my stay here was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
